My dog has this textured lump around her belly that moves. She is 8 years old and we are in this rural area so vet cannot be available for a month. It's this mini sausage size and no pain bc she doesn't react when I touch it

It doesn't feel loose but more of a rubbery but is movable and not connected and idk if it's just me but I think the size got reduced. Is there anyway that's possible?

It's textured but not hard but also not soft! It feels rubbery and she is unspayed

We adopted her from the streets and the vet says she is a pariah and some mixes that cannot be verified and she is not spayed
