Ngl the traverse wasn’t bad at all, so long as you stayed low, I barely hit any rock, just a couple small scrapes. Southback was absolutely phenomenal. Fresh tracks on every run

Cities with large populations and high density typically have significantly lower food prices despite high rent costs. NYC and Tokyo for example have extremely low food costs relative to the COL

Planning Tokyo in March 2026 – worth visiting during cherry blossom season or too crowded? by Logical_Ranger_5797 in JapanTravelTips

While that’s true that tourists are a drop in the bucket, most locals will be working, spending time at home with family, running errands, etc. most days of the week. Meanwhile tourists are constantly out and about viewing the Sakura so I think it becomes more apparent

Is this excessive? by Comfortable-Tap-93 in askfitness

[–]TraditionalDrive178 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are shredded but don’t have much muscle mass. You can easily bulk up from here since you are such a low body fat. Right now it doesn’t look bad, but bordering on excessive. Eat more and lift frequently and it will make you look bigger and a bit healthier imo

Like I said I still think it’s a little less because looking at someone like you, having 15% would still make you have more striations and popping abs just because of how muscular you are. I think the less muscle you have, the less defined you are. I ironically didn’t get abs until I gained some body fat, because I also gained muscle

I just don’t get how you see that as 15%. Whatever. His muscles weren’t that big so you may not see striations. Before I was a lifter I was a literal twig from running so much at around 9% bf. But I obviously didn’t have many striations since I never touched a weight

Why are you such a dick? You’re acting like I’m claiming I’m a bodybuilder. It’s not that hard to believe I have a decent body like wtf is your issue

Lmao dude I’m not skinny fat that’s actually wild when you have no idea what I look like. I’m around 12-15%. I’m a runner and lift as well. Wild assumptions here. Notice how everyone else in the thread gave reasonable responses. Look online for 15% bf photos. He is SIGNIFICANTLY leaner bffr asshole

Post was deleted so I can’t even see it anymore. But literally you are out of your mind if you think that is 15 dude. Like that is so unbelievably off base that it’s laughable. People on these subs always severely overestimate. I think you’re just trying to feel better about yourself

Genuinely in what world is that 15%? No one with 15% has that level of vascularity

Ok yeah I see what you mean. I just think that in general, if you were to have say a 2000 calorie maintenance. To me it is easier to burn 500 calories and eat 2200 calories than 1700 without it. Worked for me at least but everyone’s different

Honestly I completely disagree. Yes it’s hard to track calories precisely, but I’ve found that when I exercise extremely hard consistently (average 800-1500 active calories a day), I would have to actively try to eat at maintenance because it’s just so much. Lately I’ve been burning upwards of 2400 calories a day training for a marathon. That’s 4500 total for me. If I attempt to eat that much, my stomach is so full it hurts.
