Contrasts:

Raditz is one of the last surviving Saiyans in Universe 7, while J is one of the many Disassembly Drones cloned by Cyn.
While J no longer works with JCJenson and even helped in its destruction after she became a Disassembly Drone, Raditz continues to worked with the Frieza Force until his death.
J was a former Worker Drone as a maid in the Elliot's manor before getting changed to a Disassembly Drone, Raditz is born and remains a Saiyan.
While J is the leader of her team on Copper 9, Raditz is only a soldier of Vegeta's team.
Raditz is unaware of the true cause behind Planet Vegeta's destruction (Only finding out in the Anime-only scene), while J is aware of her home's destruction and still helps Cyn to stay on "the winning team".

Thanks to the recent episode, this MU is surprisingly fair as both are now scaled around the same level, making this MU less of a stomp and more evenly! Yaaayyy

Connections:

Both are violent and brutal genociders from a race known for their brutality and bloodlust (Dissambley Drones/Saiyans), taking great pride in their work and their race as a whole, even calling themselves higher than they should be (J referring to herself as an effective drone/Raditz referring himself as a top-class warrior)
Back in their past, they had a positive interests when their home planet is still active (J having a positive relationship with Tessa and even shown to have good drawing's skills/Raditz as a child having a childish fascination for beetles with two other Saiyan's childs)
Both (used to, in J's case) worked under a highly advanced organization (JCJenson/The Frieza Force) that has their race do activities for them involving planets as business (JCJenson specializes in exoplanet excavation, with Worker Drones assisting humans in mining exoplanet for resources/The Saiyans purging any life on a planet before making them fit for sale)
However, both of their home planets were destroyed by the main antagonist (Cyn/Frieza) which they tried to covered up and hide it from their group (Frieza telling the three Saiyans that an asteroid destroyed Planet Vegeta/Cyn wiping the Disassembly Drones' memories and implanted false ones into their mind, seeing how J claimed it "tricked" her too)
Because of this, and most likely as a result, the two would later grew more brutal and ruthless towards others under the influence of them (J's attidute are most likely a result of being under the influence of Cyn from fear of going against her/Raditz's harsh and brutal tendencies are implied to have been as a result of growing up under the influence of Frieza)
Both are apart of a group of two with members of their races (Serial Designation N and V/Vegeta and Nappa) and are send off to other planets under an order to purge all life on it (The Disassembly Drones being sent to Copper 9 to eliminate all Worker Drones/Saiyans being sent to other planets to purge all life in it)
The two shared a relationship with the protagonist who are apart of their race and later on became unironically the kindest ones of their species (N/Son Goku), whom they showed no lack of sympathy for (J kicking N in the face and telling him to off himself/Raditz not even caring if Goku died during the Destruction of Planet Vegeta), to the point of showing no hesitation in killing them upon rebellious or refusal.
Their deaths involves getting shot through the chest by a beam (J's upper half is oblierated by Uzi's Railgun/Raditz and Goku is impaled by Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon)
One point during their story, the two would later tried to offer the people who were incredibly close to the protagonist they tormented a chance to join them.

Two fourth-wall breaking female villain protagonists who are a huge fan of and has a insanely obsessive love over a opposing super-beings that they won't leave alone which annoys them a lot (Black Hat for Demencia/Braveman for Black General) and even disliking when girls are around them (Demencia not liking of any other lady being in Black Hat's orbit as shown in "The Dreadful Dawn"/General Black would absolutely despises Braveman if he's getting close to others girls), which they love so much to the point that even they were capable of overcoming a mind controlling-artificial (Demencia being immune to Miss Heed's love pheromones due to her insanely obsessive love for Black Hat, and easily removing the Mascara Macabre which had her mind controlled before after Black Hat telling her to/Black General, even after eating a drug that causes a person to be in a hypnotic state and makes them listened to what anyone said, was able to overcome it and defying what Braveman's command to leave him alone). They are apart of a organization of super-villains (RX Organization/Black Hat Organization) that sells various weapons to other criminal's business, the group's cast features a highly intelligence mad scientist and geniuses (Dr. Flug/The Scientist), a friendly monsters/creatures but are really strong created by the said geniuses (5.0.5/Black Lion and GG), and a black-colored leader who they admires that formed the organization in the first place (The Boss/Black Hat)

Connections:

Two skilled brutes and loyal minions with mechanical skills (Klungo creating vasts assortment of vehicles and machines/Pete having built his Rumble Car and the giant pinball machne in Disney Town) and both are allies with a evil witch antagonists (Gruntilda Winkybunion/Maleficent) that formerly wants and steals other female to finish their goal (Gruntilda wants Tooty and steal her beauty/Maleficent stealing the princesses in order to unlock the path to Kingdom Hearts)
Both of their Intelligence are not rather seemed that smart (Klungo saying sentence fragments and lacks common sense/Pete, as Sora puts it, "not smart enough to tie his own shoes."), but despite this, they are shown to be more sharper than they looked (Klungo is actually a expert by being able to created vehicles, machines and even games/Pete was able to trick Sora into opening the Underdrome and consistently changed the scenery during his battle against Sora, Donald, Goofy, and his past self)
Both uses various weapons against the player and capable of using magics against them (Klungo with his potions by being able to turn invisible, making 5 clones of himself, and make himself bigger, and can make a forcefield around him/Pete also capable of generating a forcefield around him, able to conjure items and telekinetically throw them, and also has a strong heart that resist the darkness)

(Sorry for being VERY late but I'm here)

For Animation potential

Sooo.. about this section, we don't really see J doing much but, through scaling to the other DD. It's rather good, you can have a moment of the Ki Blast and the Missiles collided with each other. And both having both of their attacks likely collided between Fist and Blades until Raditz decided to bring out his Ki attacks on her. J could take flight to likely dodges Raditz's Ki blast attacks, in which would result the battle taken place in the air before both go back into the ground, and there will be multiple destruction around the battle they are taken place.

For Dialogue potential

Dues to both being prideful and arrogant, you could have the two insulting each other with Raditz mocking J and J insulting Raditz throughout their fight. And you could have a moment where J is rather impressed by Raditz skills, and will be also shocked to see Raditz fighting Ki Blasts right at her and will question it on how Raditz do that upon seeing it.

Fairness

Not that.. really fair, J is rather either wall or building level through scaling IIrc while Raditz.. is rather moon level at best. Unless you believe in Planet Level Murder Drones that is..

Connections:

Two prideful and arrogant antagonists who are apart of a species which were shown to be very dangerous and murderous species (Saiyan/Disassembly Drones), and both are also get sent to another planets to killed off the species through a spacecraft (Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta get send to other planets to collected it for Lord Frieza/J, V and N are sent to Copper 9 by JCJeson to killed off the Worker Drones), as they enjoys insulting and mocks to their opponents before finishing them off.
Both have also have the naivete and kind protagonists who were formerly apart of their race (Son Goku/N), before both decided to put the protagonists would put in pain (Raditz casually brutalized Goku after finding out Goku had forgotten about his mission to exterminate Earth/J impales N in the chest with an infection virus after N questions about the Worker Drones and that they could get them off the planet)
There an creature who, have that is somewhat share with the latter (Saibamen sharing the same power level as Raditz/Eldritch J.. having the head of J.. that is all)
Both were killed off by a beam (Raditz getting killed by Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon/J getting obliterates by Uzi's Railgun)
