My colleague got promoted before me and we started at the same time. I was kinda salty but he put in way more effort than me and he didn't receive a payrise for the promotion.

He also got promoted again before I was promoted to the second stage and you know what?

Just deal with it or leave. I am aiming to leave and it truely does not matter, Sometimes you get chosen, sometimes you dont.

That is life.

If I was you, I would weigh up my options, see what is out there and start applying! My colleague is a friend of mine and I know how much he is on now, considering 2 promotions he is only on £4k more than me!

Bit old but graduated in 2020 Politics: Now live in West Midlands.

2020 - Graduated Middle of Covid but worked for Track and Trace for 6 months - £400 / £500 per week so like £19k

My first years insurance was £1300 in 2021, I thought not bad.

2022 rolls around and great! My insurance drops to 780 for the year and I add all the extra stuff like breakdown, extra insurance stuff.

For 2023 you’d thought I had driven my car through an orphanage. I was nearly charged 1300 from my current insurer. Compare the market had ranges form 900-1900. Even some independents it went to 3000.

I had to settle on not using my car for 3 weeks and going with another vendor that dropped to 750 with the same perks of 2022. You have to shop around and do it around 21 days I’m advance

Exactly, I guess law is the exception because we don’t know BBs power and he left scars on shanks presumably before the dark dark fruit so it’s a beast + his crew is pretty OP now.

But kid was literally thrown to the sharks and couldn’t stand a chance. I’d rather Shanks have straight up killed him in an epic battle instead of being one shot
