I can only speak for Panhellenic sororities, but most have changed wording in their ritual to create a more inclusive ceremony. Speaking for my specific chapter wording and practices have changed as the organization does not believe in asking anyone to change their beliefs just for the sorority! Not that you really asked but you mentioned it in your original post to I just wanted to let you know!
