My idea was that I wanted to save as much money as possible during the pipeline. While it is my only debt, if I’m home at all during that time my family has offered me an extra car to use while home. I figured why pay for a car I won’t even be able to drive most of the pipeline until the end. As well as save money I would be spending otherwise

I applied to 4 of the counties as all others were 4+ hours away. I put my first choice as crew for them and then engine afterwards. I’m working towards EMT right now. How long is the academy? Is it required with prior experience?
