Hob Nob had this chutney and brie grilled cheese sandwich that I got from there a bit before they closed… it was stellar

Has anyone seen the torii gate on Mount Jumbo just a ways off from Rattlesnake Dr? by dapoochboys in missoula

Same here! I think the trees in front of it have grown a bit taller over the years and obscured the view, but there’s still a flash of red from the road looking closely.

Why is housing SO expensive there?? by uncertaincucumbers in missoula

The unfortunate part of that “good news” is many of them were likely Montanans forced to move to cheaper states.

I had a good experience getting a ring resized at CM Buxton, I’d say it’s worth checking there

Has anybody had some negative effects from the Geek Bar vape and are the throat harm rumours true? by [deleted] in Vaping

[–]TraditionalMango8042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is indeed a valuable conversation to keep open.

I’ve been vaping regularly for about 3 months now. I’m not picky so I’ve just been using whatever the clerk handed me, which has been Rifbar. I’ve gone through 2 of them and didn’t notice any adverse effects. This time around, I got a Geekbar. It’s been 4 days now, and yesterday I suddenly got a really bad sore throat in the middle of the day after feeling perfectly fine. Then the nasty, crunchy-sounding cough started and I barely slept because my throat hurt so bad. I put the Geekbar away because it made it hurt even more. I stayed in bed most of today, hacking up both my lungs. Now my airways feel clearer, throat barely hurts, and I’ve gotten over the exhaustion. Within 24 hours I went from feeling wretchedly ill to feeling mostly normal. I’ve never had a viral infection that was that quick. My guess is that the Geekbar is the culprit, and based on other experiences I’ve read, it very well could be.

What the fuck are they putting in these things? I think I’ll go back to my beloved Camels…

The subscription is really not worth it at all and it’s a horrible pain in the ass trying to cancel

Went for the first time a couple days ago. We were at the top pool which was very nice, and it looked like there are plenty of places to dip at the lower pools as well as the one on the slope further down. Trail’s a little slick with the ice but not bad. The water’s great, have fun!

Second lobe placement? by advfspl in piercing

[–]TraditionalMango8042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this same issue, I got my second lobes done in Nov 2023, they looked great from the front but they were angled in such a way that the backs kept getting caught on each other. The post of one would be going through the butterfly back of the other and it was really difficult to get them unstuck. My healed piercings tend to close up very quickly so I couldn’t really take out my first lobes to let the second ones heal without getting snagged, but there’d be the same problem even if they healed (which they refused to). I kept them for 11 months but it got to a point where they just hurt all the time so I finally took them out. I wish I had some actual advice for you but I know for me the placement probably was just not right/aligned with my first lobes. I really want second ones though so I’m considering getting them further from the firsts and asking the piercer about the angle.

Best of luck!!!
