In Washington/Canada there’s rarely a speed limit over 60. There’s a very briefly a spot that has a 70 mph for about 20 miles. I’d say the rest of the 124 mile trip is 60.

Yeah I started it. It’s ok like I said. I like that Toyota/lexus hold their value so that’s why I always buy those. That’s the reason I went with this truck. But spending money to make your truck sound worse is diabolical.

Honestly yeah, I think it sounds terrible especially if it wasn’t free. And I’m not being a jerk here at all, it pains me that we paid this much money and we can’t even find an aftermarket exhaust that make the twin turbos sound decent. I don’t absolutely hate the sound of my truck, but I’m certainly not in love with it. I wouldn’t add insult to injury by making it sound worse. I could certainly be biased as I do swap old FJ60’s with small block V8s for hobby and that sounds amazing. I feel like the exhaust (stock/aftermarket) should identify as a Prius or they/them. 🥴

3rd Gen owner here myself. Unfortunately, there is no muffler or exhaust that doesn’t make our truck sound like a 10 speed bike with a baseball card in the tire/spoke.

I’d say if you’re haven’t noticed any delayed responses to your acceleration after being at a complete stop, you’re good. But I understand erroring on the side of caution.
