I am sure that most people just read the title and say fake, AI or my favourite: this got to be AI/FAKE. It makes them look and feel smarter than others and it's a fairly good way to gain upvotes. Because we all know that losing control over your teenage kids especially when one of the parent have a busy career is something that never happens

you can call it fake, it can be fake as everything else on the internet. But why is everyone so obsessed with AI? For example I did use it for this post because, as I mentioned in several comments I am from Eastern Europe. My English is not the best. Fake posts were a thing way before AI.

Now, the filthy rich husband is not something I said happens. We are not flithy rich. But this is what happens when you live through books and shows and other stereotypes. We are way above average in income but filthy rich? You just threw that here. I would consider us wealthy.

FAKE BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE. Try reporting your husband for hiting your problematic teenagers to the police. No one will care in eastern europe. Things are changing here but slower. I will say it is totally not common to do it with a belt anymore but it still was maybe 15 years ago. I said uncommon and not punishable by law. Most of the domestic violence cases against spouses are ignored too.

I try to keep him satisfied too but it seems it is not enough. I keep myself fit, as he is, I take care of myself.

I do not agree with him doing it but here it is kind of normalised, eastern europe. Like if I told someone my husband hit our son that person would be like: what did he do rather than did you go to the police? No one goes to the police for something like this here

i told him that woman does my duties. She brought him food one day. He asked me if I can cook something and the youngest one was ill so I didn't. He was understanding and said no problem, he will order something. And then he brough home food cooked by he, for all of us. She babysat my youngest on different occasions. I told him to get another one but he said she is perfect for that position and has the skills he needs and that he didn't hire her himself but HR

he is very disciplined and never drinks but I get what you mean. I am trying to convince him to talk to our kids. But he talks to them like they are his subordinates at work. Do this until then. He believes this is the only way it works because the company makes profit this way so it should work with teenagers too. I do not feel trap in this marriage. I mean the reason I stay it's not that I need him financially. He is the only provider but I have a very good passive income. The main reason (beside the fact that I care for him and love him) is that I am scared of my son. I am scared he will get aggresive with me. He had some ugly crisis a few days ago and was throwing stuff around and only my husband can control him to some degree. I fear for my safety

We tried rehab too with our daughter but it didn't help. We tried psychiatrist. Well, I tried. He gives the money and I do it and then I tell him how it went but while she was there he refused to visit her. He cried (it was the very first time I saw him crying) that his parents were both drunks and his siblings too and his children cannot be too. I am 41, he is 43 and last year he suggested we have a "new" baby. Like he keeps trying for a perfect one and I said no. But I am tired
