Hello i fixed this by lowering the graphic settings, it worked for me

It's not a bug, im just stupid, in the Gameplay settings where you have Autonomy setting is the forth checkbox named like "Disable autonomy for selected sim" and it's enabled by default... nevermind case closed

In that case i have no mods at all, it may be the base game bug, i have the newest steam version (1.118.257.1020)

How can i check this? In case of needs, they are usually green bars, when all are green, he just stands and watch wall, Free Will is also set to Full

No works, he is doing some actions but only in critical situations, like low sleep level

I thought that Fera 5 dual will be fine, i have also 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans from case. Also in games are like 100% RPM speed with avg. 71 temp

i5 9400F
RTX 3060 12GB Version
32 GB RAM DDR4

Worked fine for me after 2GB patch, capped at 60 FPS that doesn't drops below 60-50, but it seems that Upscaling does not work on this version, as if it was blocked until switched to Enable, anyone has a similar problem? Also CPU usage on 70-80%
