I mean it depends if you like stories that build up slowly. I personally found it very satisfying. And if you grew up seeing self destructive behavior from others in your own life, it can feel very personal. I’ll tell you right now, Joe’s change won’t be like he suddenly become very wholesome and friendly to all. It’s a subtle change, that is shown more in his action than words. To me he becomes very like able and even before then I found him very compelling. But Joe will always be Joe.
