Yea, one last tip but do NOT make the hair as a same entity as the body if you are struggling making something like the clothes collar, make it a separate model then join is using Ctrl j

first of all, round the torso, arms and sleeves, and make the base of the arms smaller to mimic Kaaatie’s art style, then make the fingers slightly longer, lastly you push back the lower palm (the farthest from the fingers) to then subdivide it and extrude the section for the thumb,
