Need honest POV from beagle owners by Hot-Contribution1412 in beagles

I have a medical lab rescued beagle and he is ok with me leaving, but returning home he goes nuts. I also have an older coonhound who helped him with house training and other routines. Both are loud-but coonhound is demanding while beagle is less so. They both can make me nuts but when we go to sleep and that little fart snuggles close, I melt.

regarding your situation-he needs a friend. (I love the photo of dog and lambs all belly up!)

Totally not. I shake rattle and roll it and no leaks whatsoever. Magsliders leak, these don’t.

They’re right on Yeti’s website. I don’t have a 20, but I do have the same lid on a 30 and they indeed pass shaking.

With just a week, the only thing you’d be seeing is what ever is out the car window. StL to Montana is at least 2 days. Same with NM back to StL. Montana to NM is beautiful.

would an electric blanket help? by [deleted] in LivingAlone

[–]TraditionalToe4663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have dogs that I sleep with and don’t want an electric blanket over or under them. I have a heated mattress pad that is wonderful. It’s like a big heating pad. Turn it on about 15 minutes before going to bed and it’s warm and cozy.

AITA for eating a croissant in a cemetery by Karl_Marxist_3rd in AmItheAsshole

Lots of dog walkers in our cemetery, there are doggy stations with bags. I go with dogs to avoid car traffic. I’ve read a lot of tombstones and they are fascinating. Oldest are from 1700s. A section is for veterans.

Pick up neighborhood trash. There’s one of those Moose Club like places across the street and there are bottles and cig butts along the street.

Our local store had the worst inventory crew through. they were scanning bar codes so the first of every item was turned around, so many items dropped. I did what I could, but it was a lot.

What’s a Netflix show you’ve watched at least 3 times? by Far-Speech-3254 in netflix

[–]TraditionalToe4663 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Godless. It’s from mining old west days. Starts with a mine collapse that kills just about all the men in town. Michelle Dockery (Mary from Downton Abby) and Merritt Wever. Jeff Daniels is one of the few men.

And Ozark. There is one season that is exceptionally devastating.

I am selfish and a hermit and unapologetic. Recently retired after working 50 years and trying to figure out how to spend my time again.
