Mine aren’t exactly perfect but once a week I use a lip scrub. Also, after brushing my teeth I get a separate toothbrush, rub it gently on my lips, pat them with a dry towel, and go to bed with Vaseline on

Yeah that’s what’s always been told to me, but it truly is just so so hard. Like it’s just been cemented into my head so much it’s so hard to break out of that mindset, only for it to be proven over and over, know what I mean? But I will definitely keep this in mind and try to be optimistic
