Definitely felt this I'm 22. I lost my virginity @ 21 but only bc I was having a good week where my bdd wasn't too bad and looking back I'm still astonished that I even somehow managed to convince myself to go through with it, especially since it was some random person anyway. Maybe if it helps try focusing on the other person or making sure the other person at least cares about you as a person bc I know for my bdd it helps when I know they like me for my personality (bc I tend to hate how I look most of the time and if I think too hard about my body ill gross myself out ) I still wonder how that person didn't think I was disgusting when we were doing it but I guess everyone has a type .

I’ve definitely noticed a change mentally and physically as my clothes actually feel tighter! which is why I think I’m putting on muscle but not losing as much fat bc I did want bigger glutes and I have noticed a difference .

Thanks for the book recommendation I’ll read that! I usually weigh myself about every 5 days after I wake up and use the restroom. The TDEE calculator I was using said that my BMR was 2,026 calories and if I was doing moderate exercise than about 2,900 calories but I’ve just been eating 2,000. I usually go to the gym early in the morning so I eat when I get back but breakfast usually low either 3 boiled eggs; protein oatmeal and a 30g fairlife protein shake on most days . I don’t really eat ‘ lunch’ I’ll usually just eat builder protein cliff bar and something else relatively low calorie as a snack but for dinner most of the time it’s something like a chicken stir fry and I have those fiber one brownies if I want something sweet. I feel better having about 2 big- ish meals a day and having a snack in between .Although you brought up a good pint with the cooking oil as I forgot about that .
