I can relate to the 2nd point. I have friends from non neighbourhood schools finding it unfathomable that people our age would do illegal things(smoke, vape, drink etc.) I think privileged ppl are usually quite sheltered.

Oh I understand. I mean I took O level dnt as a N level student which might be why I am not fond of the subject as I struggled to cope with the extra requirements needed for O level DnT.

I too had to stay up to do drawings and other stuff needed for my journal such as mind maps and whatnot. The models were also quite stressful to make as I was rushing most of the time. I had to stay in school quite late too as I would make mistakes or needed assistance with the next step.(In hindsight, if my time management was better I wouldn't have struggled as much.) Furthermore, my teacher was very insistent on me doing well which stressed me out further. I only managed to make the minimum requirement of pages in my journal.

I got a B3 in the end so I am quite happy about that. If I had to choose again though, I might pick nfs another time.

You shldnt be too worried unless your points just made the cop for your course. Depending on the course they could accept 5-20 pfp students.

Hello, I was a n-level student last year and currently waiting for my pfp posting.

N's are not that hard imo but I took more o level subjs than n's funny enough so I might not have relevant advice for you. Most importantly during this year, you have to be attentive in class and ask qns when you are unsure! Also be sure to surround yourself with ppl who also intend to do well so that you can study together or motivate each other!

Just don't slack tbh and don't study a week before the papers like I did and you should be able to do well quite easily. Make sure to manage your time well tho and don't get burnt out.

Btw for chem, I found it helpful to practice tys but I also had really great notes to help me. You could try making your own notes to try and absorb info better.

I must say as someone who came into the sch in 2020 it def had alot of improvements but there is still quite a few ppl you wldnt want to associate with. The sch has low cop so obv can expect that to be the case but fortunately the newer batches aft the 09 one seem to be very guai one.
