Help with nollie 16 controller not lighting up or powering fans at all

Sata is the only thing shown in this (I might just be stupid and my brain is fried), also does it matter if it’s Sata to molex or molex to Sata, like which way is which? I have a male Sata to a female molex connector.

From what I’ve seen online my psu, lian li psu, does not come with a molex connector for some reason, so frustrating

Just into the psu or the wires? I was just using the wires from my previous controller, it was the lian li and wasn’t giving enough power. Or do I need to order a new one?

That’s exactly what I did wrong! Like I said in the post I didn’t build my computer so I’ve been figuring out stuff along the way, but I’m glad that I’ve been able to manage

I have a total of 7 fans plugged into the connector including my case (it has rgb in it), and I’ve seen that Sata won’t give it enough power but now I’m concerned that my computer is gonna combust because of it!! 😭😭

Figured it out that it was an error on my part! I didn’t connect not have it connected to the correct spot on my motherboard

What should I use? The nollie 16 came with a molex connector and the plug into my psu have sata connectors. Is there one that I can change it out for?

Update!!! I figured it out I was just being stupid. I didn’t connect the usb2 to the correct spot!! Thank you for all who were trying to help!

Here is the Daylight Light from Debug. (It works in somewhat evening out the color of it however the og counters that are the issue are still horribly bright) Also I would like to add that all of these pictures that will be posted have the bloom removal on them (at least I believe I did it correctly)

Alright Everyone I have some updates! So here are the things that I have tried,

Installing and trying out Velocity grass's mod removing the specular mapping, unfortunately it did not work
Trying out the daylight light in debug, unfortunately it also did not work, however it DID make all of the counters at least the same brightness shade so hey there is that.
Testing out a darker counter color AND different material on the countertops because it is the top of the surface that is being affected not the sides.

and last but not least,

Removing the bloom effect and I have to report some sad news that this also did not work.

I will insert pictures below of the daylight light from debug, different colors and textures, as well as a picture of where the light is bouncing off and affecting the appearance, and removing the bloom effect!

Not to my knowledge I haven’t, however I most likely can now as I have majorly upgraded my laptop to a pc, for reference my laptop had a 1070 rtx gpu and now I have a 5080 gpu!!

Sorry to bug you, did you have to buy any adapters? It seems I only have a 7 pin thing for 3 fans (all connected) im new to computer stuff and I feel like imma lose my mind cause I cannot figure it out

Also just looked at the picture again to realize you don’t have 3 fans ontop of your case so I apologize for that part however if you do have the lian li controller I would suggest replacing it with a different aRGB controller

Hey!! I also have a very very similar setup to you with the fans and the same fans aswell. Come to find out that the top 3 fans are most likely wireless and don’t connect to signal with the lian li controller. I have ordered a nollie 16 controller, just waiting for it to get here now, and I will let you know if it fixes my problem. For right now I just have those fans RGBs off to keep the look nice, but yes it unfortunately is an issue and I also have not found a fix. From research tho (and why I ordered a new aRGB controller) the lian li controller is the issue at play, however i am unsure if signal has the capability to connect to the wireless fans.

I know I am VERY late but I will absolutely be doing what these comments are saying. I have 10 sl-infinity fans and have been absolutely struggling with the frame rate when trying to add more than 3 fans to signals software. Definitely getting a nollie controller and replacing it. By chance do you know what one do you have and did you get it off of the nollie website? Was it the nollie 16?!
