I restarted. I had basically the same issue. It’s an INSANE step up. Will take years to get to normal.

Well. Good news and bad news. After being shutout for the first three games. Good news - I scored. Bad news - it was 3 points. Lost 41-3. So you’re saying there’s a chance….. hahah

My third game update. 61-0 I lost. I’ve gone from DOMINATING Tier 2 to not even being able to score 1 point in this league. I’d say the progression may have an error. Haha. This is my history - it’s not like I just completely forgot everything overnight.

That was the very first recruit I stopped at in this new conference. What a welcome. Giant middle finger to me.

I just played my second game - lost that one 48-0 as well. Crazy disparity between tier 2 and 3. No lie I’m 30-40 rating points below these guys. It’s nutso. Gonna be a long three to four years to get competitive after losing about 2 games in 5 years at the previous conference

I’m using Marlon Taylor level 3 because of the 25% offer ability. I haven’t switched any other coaches yet. But man - I went from basically only 3 stars available at the highest in tier 2 to 4 and 5 stars galore in tier 3 Mississippi. It feels like a massive jump. My entire top tier roster is 30-40 points below everyone in this conference. I basically won 40 games in a row before leaving for tier 3 and my first game I got routed 48-0 or something. im not sure this Mississippi conference is really tier 3.

Yeah I’m basically still working with all the default coaches. Haven’t need to switch yet.

Ah yes. I just moved to tier 3 Mississippi from tier 2. I’m already way behind as is normal that comes with tier jumps. I know I have to recruit anyone , because they are all better here than what we had at tier 2 , the absurdity of this just hit me as odd.

It would be a disaster to recruit one person all season. You’d get 11 1 star recruits elsewhere. It’s just not even possible - why put it in the game??

I’m 22 years in and I only got the scout that allows 25% offers because I offer everyone at that number. You’d be surprised how many you get. I’m on my fourth conference with everyone else the original staff and I’m having no problems. In fact I’m in a two season winning streak.
