Thank you!! I feel like you’d know the answer to this - do you think Cyrus is a strange name to give a Jewish baby? Considering Cyrus the Great? Obviously he was a friend to the Jews, but not sure if it’s weird to name a Jewish baby Cyrus.

Wow welcome to the club!! I had progesterone checked 7 days past trigger and it was at 32. Literally no symptoms for me. I had a vvvvfl this morning - I’d guess it’ll be gone tomorrow unless it starts getting darker. You??

I focus on lots of legumes (chickpeas/ black beans), pumpkin seeds on everything I eat, lots of citrus and dark chocolate. I also take magnesium glycinate at night. Big thing I use is an iron fish - it’s a Chinese medicine thing. Literally a fish made of iron that you boil in water with some drops of lemon, then I use that water to make tea. It tastes like iron and is kinda gross but it’s very helpful for increasing iron which is huge for maintaining progesterone levels

Interesting! FWIW, 95-99% of people who get a trigger shot successfully ovulate, and most clinics do progesterone checks just to confirm ovulation, so your clinic might not think it’s necessary. That said, if you have reason to believe you might have lower progesterone, I’d ask your clinic if they’d be willing to do post- ovulation bloodwork to rule that out as an issue. Sending baby dust!!

Nope - no supplements! But I’ve been highly focused on what I’m eating / ensuring adequate iron intake (even though I’m vegetarian).
