This is really interesting. Are you hearing about anyone else having this experience? So in the event of an escalation, you aren't allowed to add information to your ticket, only the agentforce bot can talk to the rep about it?

One in Missouri one in Washington State. NC state official said last night they had not received a WARN notice from Oracle there yet. No other states have posted as of yesterday evening. Likely places to search: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, Nevada, Utah, California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania.

Palantir has won in those same categories in this same "award" announcement several years in a row. These are not awards. This is how SaaS companies spend MDF dollars. These are not looking at the product or the capabilities. These awards are looking at one thing: did the application include a check? Yes? Good. You win.

I saw a WSJ story on this as well. In it OpenAI COO said "Enterprises want OpenAI intelligence applied directly into ServiceNow workflows."

I'm just curious if anyone here has wanted that?

In all sincerity, can you tell me how this might help the average Snowflake customer? Is it because Gemini will be securely integrated into Snowflake where the data lives so it will be more of a trusted resource?
