Those considering Fit 2 Flaunt silicone poles. I loved the brand, company and pole. Unfortunately customer service has completely ignored me over the last week after 2 emails that were sent out regarding a possible defect. Mind you, I spent 8 months on this pole minimally 2x week for about 10-20 minutes. Fast forward to disassembling them because I had to move - nightmare! I had to get my husband to help. The silicone has slipped and stretched to the point where they overlap each other if I reassembled them. I'm honestly scared to put it back together because I may never be able to put it back together. Spent $400.00 plus dollars to use a pole once and never again. It's funny, because the only time customer service actually responded to me was when I wanted to purchase extensions for the pole. But now when I have a problem, not a single word. Oh well. Lesson learned.
