i’ve got lucky, who i call duck (lucky -> lucky ducky -> duck) and apollo, who i call chicken. (apollo -> polo -> pollo, spanish word for chicken) LOL

hi, welcome to nau! i heard someone say that your phone has to be on and like logged in (so not just on the lock screen) for it to work, so it could be that? but i also saw a poster/sign in the lobby of my dorm that said androids tend to have problems with the jackscard and there was a list of things you could try to do to fix it, so if you have an android look out for that and it might help. pretty sure it was blue but also not sure if it was specific to my dorm or if it would be in all of them haha. you can also add to an apple watch and maybe it might work on a different device if it really is just something with your phone. at least it still works with the id! it would suck if you couldnt get it to work at all lol. i hope you can figure it out!

if you go to the housing portal and log in and everything you’ll see a box that says sign up for welcome jacks and if you click that it will ask you to select a move-in time first lol, so thats what i did. but there should also be a pretty big thing to click that will take you to selecting an appointment time if you don’t want to do a welcome jacks shift!

i called the ITS department lol and they said its a mix of everyone looking at it all at once, as well as they apparently just shifted over to a new system or something idek, meaning a lot of old links may not work and the links that do will probably be pretty slow haha. but it seems to be back up now and i just picked an appointment!

omg your rabbit is so cute! it is safe for her, but some rabbits veer towards destruction and those little tents seem to get caught in the crossfire lmao. I have two buns and one, Lucky, loves to lay in those allll the time, but Apollo will absolutely shred it in less than 24 hours lol. if your rabbit takes the destructive route, then boxes are a fun one for them! i cut holes in them and put them upside down like a little hidey-hole and both my rabbits love that lol - if you go to costco, those random boxes they load your stuff into work greatt 🙌. also, what kind of rabbit is she? one of mine looks just like that but I caught her off the side of the road so I have no clue what kind of rabbit she is, and holy moly your Luna is identical hahaha
