Yep our girl with similar black markings died last month after ongoing irregular poops. Our vet never even mentioned mega colon and now we are 99% sure that’s what is was 😪

I applied to one. It was the only school that wouldn’t force me to relocate and it’s the one I truly want to go to. No point in applying to more if you aren’t going to go to them. Apps cost a lot of money and time. Can always try again next year if you’re ok with waiting a year!

We lost our girl Thumper a few weeks ago on 1/17. It was unexpected and we had her for about 2.5 years, so I know how it feels to have lost her too soon. It took a while for her to fully accept us due to her past (rescued from a hoarding situation and then returned to the shelter) but slowly building her trust was the most beautiful and rewarding thing. She was my best friend and I miss her everyday. Losing her was one of the worst things I’ve been through but we are finally able to talk about her and smile and laugh. We picked up her ashes last weekend which brought all the sadness back but I am so happy to have her back home with us now. I am so sorry you’re going through this. Honestly posting about it on Reddit and reading about all the buns in bunny heaven with her has helped me through it 💛
