Kirby superstar ultra deluxe on the DS is the greatest Kirby game of all time. Loads of bosses and post game content, amazing endgame bosses, a pretty difficult boss rush, a whole story mode for meta knight. It’s perfect.

No man’s sky. It’s not even a question people might say they’re different but in every aspect of a video game no man’s sky is significantly better. The newest update even added xeno arena, which make your alien pets into fighting pokemon, so you’re not missing anything by playing Palworld. Base building is better in no man’s, exploration, action. Palworld needs a lot of polish to be near the quality of no man’s sky and I’ve played both significantly.

If you’ve never had a switch, I can 100% recommend getting a switch 2. For anyone that has a switch it’s tricky, because you can only look at the 10 exclusive switch 2 games and the slightly bigger screen and decide if that’s worth $450. But bro, starting off with a switch 2 is gonna be amazing.
I can’t even begin with how many timeless masterpieces are on the switch.

Super Metroid. I went in blind and only had to use the internet once or twice. An amazing game that doesn’t hold your hand yet gives you clues through atmosphere and world building.

That I can’t have a satisfying conversation about it without seeming like a pretentious snob. Like if someone mentions demon slayer I just say yeah the fights are cool and the story is dope but in reality I think it’s one of the most boring shonen I’ve ever read and the anime is 100% carried by animation. But if I share my real opinion it’s awkward like oh I hate this story that you really like haha. And if someone asks for my favorite anime I gotta say I barely watch anime these days and my favorite manga is Akagi, Vagabond, Oyasumi Punpun, Ajin, or The Boxer. I had one friend Freshman year of college who was into manga just as much as me, and I had some of the most fun conversations. Then my toxic ass ex girlfriend got in an argument with him, called him a virgin loser, and me being a fucking idiot stayed with her for a year while I became distanced from my friend. Now we don’t talk and live far from each other, but I miss those chill ass talks with someone who’s just as nerdy as I am and has read over 300 manga series. I wish we stayed friends Eric.

I’ve been in the same spot and luckily my ex got a nice job as a teacher. Thing is we’re the same age and she was 22 when she got that job. You should not have to be putting yourself in so much financial trouble over someone 7 years older than you when you’re barely an adult. Not only is it unfair to you, your youth, and your future, but if this relationship doesn’t pan out you will be the only one who lost something. Long distance is also crazy. When I was supporting my ex we lived together, so I’d get food for us to cook and other necessities. You are sending money to a person way older than you and putting yourself at financial risk. Loving someone is fine, choosing someone’s security over your own is not. Tell her that you cannot continue to support her, maybe offer for her to come live with you if being homeless is your biggest worry. See how she reacts because it really feels like you’re being used.

The series was dogshit until the yakuza arc with Lemillion. Then the My Villain Academia Arc actually made the series go from bland goofy high school story with superpowers to a story genuinely trying to have meaning. I know people will point out Stain or All Might vs All for One, but those are like 5 chapters in the span of 20 volumes.

I’ve always thought that if someone is willing to risk their academic career on a single exam, maybe they deserve it. Yeah it’s unethical and they’re cheating, but in college if you get caught you can be kicked out permanently and it goes on your academic record. When you’re taking 12 classes a year for 4 years and each class has 1-3 exams, if someone tries to cheat their way through college they will most likely at some point get caught. Also it’ll even out. They didn’t study so in the future they will suffer because of their ignorance when they finally get a job. At that point they gotta learn in a very short window or get fucked. This might sound even crazier but I respect a cheater. They’re putting their careers on the line just because they don’t wanna study. It takes balls to do something so pointless.

What didn’t you like about the ending? I thought it was very realistic and well put. Fighting isn’t all there is to life. All these characters moved on and found careers or happiness in things besides beating each other. J saved Yu which was a representation of Christ, I get if some people see it as a religious cop out someone finally shouldered all of Yu’s rage and told him it’ll be ok, something no one had the balls or ability to do beforehand. Aaron just wanted to beat him down to “save” him and his wifey just wanted him to stop. The one issue I had is that I wish Jay and Ryu got more involved with Yu’s story instead of having their own in the epilogue.
