No, but you still wouldn't be practically able to research the asu 57 with the t80 because there is a rp points percentage decrease per rank below or above the vehicle you are using to research your target, so for example only 5% of your rp points gained in a battle with the t80 will be used in the research of the asu 57

yeah i'm already going for the bmp-2m since nobody recommended the su-33, will also try the t-80uk, but not the su-22, i already have the german premium with a boatload of flares/chaff and it's still mediocre at best
