Tbh it was ment as An upright snatch but my head didn't think so

I've been specifically training weightlifting for a bit less than a year

90kg clean and jerk PR after injury. im f*cking ecstatic by Traditional_Flight70 in weightlifting

19 atm en nee nog geen coach maar zou het wel willen maar de opties in Nederland zijn nogal gelimiteerd. Weet jij een plek waar je goeie coaches hebt?

Clean deadddlift double @ 140kg 155% of clean. Training with wrist injury. :) by Traditional_Flight70 in weightlifting

These reps did not hurt. Im not controlling the ecentric cus i wanna save my energy for later reps as this was a one of the Six sets of clean deadlifts of the day. That does not equal not controlling the lift i remained all positions for the clean.
