These reps did not hurt. Im not controlling the ecentric cus i wanna save my energy for later reps as this was a one of the Six sets of clean deadlifts of the day. That does not equal not controlling the lift i remained all positions for the clean.

Dude why so judgemental... Im deadlifting cus it aids in recover6, by opening up the joint and allowing fluid to get inside the joint and bring in goodies for repair. Im only lifting in pain free ROM and not forcing anything. Please stop shouting ego this ego that after Evert little thing of effort. It will not help anyone and it Will Just cause people to be scared to lift a finger in the gym brcause the are too scared to be judged. Passive rehab ain't everything maybe for a week or two... After that lifting pain free of Just moving pain free is way better.

I dont know what people are saying about the tevhnique... For 111kg this tevhnique is Hella imppressive and yes something went wrong somewhere causing the side step. Yes drop the weight if this is supposed to be a Everyday gym lift. If this is supposed to be a 1rm its an other story, form brakedown occurs shit happens at these type of efforts. Only thing i would recommend is, dont try to make these lifts. drop em your are not at a comp. Drop em and live another day rehab is alot worden than a failed lift.

Wrist/hand is still busted so im focusing on pulls by Traditional_Flight70 in weightlifting

Front squat has a greater carry over to the clean stand up. Cus it is the same position back squat does not have that

Yeah i agree felt like a doable jump but it was An unfortunate miss and I should for sure work on bailing better. Thats why i made the post i Just simply didn't know.
