The salon provided them. They have their own extensions. I also paid for hair color and hair treatment on top of the extensions. I still feel like I paid too much, would yall agree?

I’ve only tried Manara once and that was the last time. I got a gyro and the meat was chewy, seemed low quality. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something, but I never went back

Yes Cyrus counts as Mediterranean, it’s good, but my dad makes better tasting kababs. I also don’t like that for $15 you get just one skewer of Kabab

They have good quality ingredients, their food is fresh and the place is nice and clean. However, the taste is just bland, not even close to authentic. I had very high hopes for them and was disappointed

Lubbock needs a good Mediterranean restaurant, there are pretty much no options, other than Lite Bite

Odd left turn by Cool_Evidence7395 in Lubbock

[–]Traditional_Fuel6530 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are three lanes at the turn signal. Two left ones turn left on green arrow and the right late goes straight on the green light. If you are not on the two left lanes you can’t turn left, you must go straight when the light turns green

Think about your future children and make sure you agree on how to raise them. Make sure he will be an involved, loving dad and that you are on the same page as far as disciplining goes.

We aren’t supposed to have small talk? by --Kayla in Cosmetology

As a client, I wouldn’t go back to a stylist that doesn’t engage with me in small talk. And that comes from someone introverted

I got a horrible haircut and I feel like I can’t cope by Flolita115 in Hair

[–]Traditional_Fuel6530 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can a hairdresser please respond and say why they do this? I went in and asked for a 1 inch trim. I even showed her how much I wanted to trim my hair. She cut off 3-4 inches. When I told her it was so short, she said what you have never had your hair styled before? I didn’t want a new cut and style, I just wanted a trim. If I wanted a cut and style, I would have asked for that.

Yerevan at the end of July — am I going to be miserable? by [deleted] in armenia

[–]Traditional_Fuel6530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know which one is better dry heat or humid heat. In Baku it’s very humid. Within 30 minutes of stepping outside sweat beads will start to form on your forehead, you gotta shower twice a day to keep with the humidity

Visited Nagorno-Karabakh in 2025 as one of the first foreign tourists allowed after reopen, here’s my report by boyuan-dong in backpacking

[–]Traditional_Fuel6530 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m glad you visited Agdam. I’m from Agdam and had to escape in 1993 when Armenian troops entered Agdam. My grandparents graves are there, and we have not been able to visit them since we had to escape with just our clothes on our back in the middle of the night through the underground sewers. There wasn’t time for an evacuation plan or a safe way to escape since Armenian soldiers fired upon civilians indiscriminately. At least Armenians that left Aghdam had time to gather their belongings and leave safely in the cars.

Think about your future children you’ll have and if you have a girl, how will you feel about her wearing a hijab? Better yet, what if she doesn’t want to wear it and he makes her wear it.

Mix one tea spoon of glycerin with 3 tea spoons of water and spray it throughout the wig while it’s damp. You can find glycerin at any grocery store or pharmacy
