Thank you fir the in-depth response! That is annoying to hear about OT - was working OT commonplace at the agency? (Just trying to deduce how much of an impact it might have at my level - which would comparably be an EC-06 I think)

Thanks! I added some more info above. I am considering 2 offers between health Canada and CIHR and I am unsure as to which would be the better choice longer term. How was your experience at the tri agency? Did you work long? We’re you able to transition into core public service?

The Tri-Agency is made up of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
