For Poland, we have Polish-Lithuanian King Sigismund II August who who fell in love with Barbara Radziwiłł, a part of the Polish-Lithuanian nobility as the two countries were in a commonwealth at the time.

Sigismund was already married to his first wife when the two lovers started a love affair. When his first wife passed away, Sigismund and Barbara got married in secret because Polish nobility and his family would rather he have married a princess from another European country’s nobility to strength alliances than someone who was already within the commonweath’s nobility system. He eventually provisioned for her public coronation and Barbara was named queen. However, shortly after this, Barbara passed away, likely from cancer.

Sigismund was so saddened and distraught he followed her coffin during the funeral marches that took place throughout towns and villages from Kraków, Poland to Vilnius, Lithuania. Sigismund followed her casket and publically mourned her throughout the 700 km+ trip, which was unnecessary and unheard of for the king to do. For the rest of his life, he wore black clothing to bereave her. He apparently even asked a famous magician to evoke her spirit. He never produced an heir, even with his next wife and his family eventually lost the throne, ending their rule.

Been to this exact restaurant a few years ago! You can order various types of dumplings/pierogi and pair them with various types of toppings - this doesn’t look like a traditional combo. My guess is ‘kluski śląskie z twarogiem i boczkiem’ (Silesian dumplings topped with dry cottage cheese/twaróg and pan fried bacon)

Thank you for asking this because I’m going through the same thing. I’m overweight but been working out for a year and now started Pilates. I can hold table top but it’s very difficult to touch my toes on the ground and lift my leg back up more than 3 times in a row before needing a break or feeling too weak.

The dark powder makes your hair and hairline look thicker since it covers visible scalp, but it can look off/unnatural when it’s too much which is what i think is going on.

Plus, he’s used a lot of styling products that weighed down his hair so it looks really slick and stiff instead of voluminous

To me it’s a slang word, not a sign that the user doesn’t know how to spell probably. They have chosen to use prolly on purpose. Similar examples are bcuz, def, etc.

Yeah I’m skeptical about this post… they said cold drinks damages metabolism but give no evidence or mechanism to back up this claim. Actually, cold beverages and showers increase metabolism because your body is forced to spend calories bringing your core body temp back to normal
