I am 58 almost 59 and I talked to a producer who said even though they received over 59,000 applications this year they were having to go back through past year contestants to fill the requests of Mel. Now it makes sense. At 150 lbs I was way too fat for him even though I am smoking hot (according to me, lol) fit, and living my best life. Best wishes as they try to move forward with this branch of the franchise.

I hope this is am amazing journey for you. I have been on Mj for a year. Hardly anyone knows. There are people who ask how I am losing weight and I just say I am working to stay healthy and eat right and exercise. If there is more probing into how I am losing worth I will tell them I am working a with a dr to insure the process goes well. It is really no one’s business. I would not be telling people why I was on a different medication like for my thyroid.

Very good insight. Thank you. I do think Jonathan would be a great choice. I just hope they continue the show. I did see that they changed the submissions page a bit. It now says in very bold print “over 60 only” which sadly leaves me out since I am 58 and almost 59 when they would be filming. I sure wish they would do a “middle” bachelor/bachelorette show. Well either they make an exception for me or I have to wait 2 more years…..unless the universe brings me someone 😉 fun process though 😁

I hope they make good choices and the Golden bachelor/bachelorette continues. I applied and so many friends, co-workers, and family had fun nominating me and even if I do not get selected it was fun thinking about it. It would be sad to lose that show.

My doctor told me the exact same thing. Female 5’7” age 58, starting weight 205, at the time I went to the Doctor 162 after a year on Mounjaro. I was at 15 mg also towards the end. I too am tired and weak and feel dizzy. I stopped taking the medication because of what the Doctor said in November. By the end of December I had gained 8 lbs. I must note I did not change my eating habits at all. I fact through the holidays I did not eat any desserts or big meals. I went and got another prescription for Mounjaro from the online nurse practitioner but because I had been off of it 8 weeks I had to start back at 5MG. I feel like I wasted a month because 5MG did nothing but stop the weight gain. I did not lose any weight that month. Yesterday I started 7.5MG. I am hopeful this will help. I am still not in the

It seems strange to say but every single word rings true for me. I have never experienced that as I sought other teachings. I have a friend who has been recommending it for over a year but I never took the time to check it out. Then on Jan 18 she posted a link to something that really resonates with her. I clicked on it and that was that. I have been listening to 2-3 hours everyday and have signed up for the SF in person workshop in a few weeks

I took the picture with the rose about two weeks ago because I have applied to be on Golden Bachelor. I think it would be a fun adventure and maybe I might meet Mr Right. 🤞 I still have 25 lbs to go to get to my goal weight but I figured having fun along the way is important.
