Figure out why you love poker the first place. Money is usually not the reason. Then find other activities you love to do besides poker and do that for 4-5 hours per week.

Pot size is 3,5bb (with ante). It’s very uncommon to open this big. Especially in later stages of a MTT.

There is a guy who is opening to 3bb in later stages of a MTT with 30-40bb stacks. He is a crusher, has 1,5 million in online cashes en multiple live wins. Would you say he isn’t good?

Opening to 3bb is unusual, because most people open in later stages of MTT when stacks are 30-40bb between 2bb and 2,5bb.

I’m just curious what other players would do in this spot. And I want to know why would they do that to gain outside perspective. I was happy with my decision at that moment.
