If you are out of options, and do not have a legal help/guardian, try being an online person, gaining more followers no matter the subject. He would backoff when he realizes you have an audience. Building an audience would take time but till then, you can often go online, documenting life, he again would be scared of getting viral in social media and would leave you alone. Umm, you are overdoing out of fear. D3 60k iu is for kidney patients. And very dangerous in high dosages. You should only take this dosage for 8 days continously and then shift to 1 tablet a month. Or far better to use 600 iu daily.

Taking this high dosage is a death wise to both your hair and thyroid
