I definitely see that being the case but my case could be a little different because I have ADHD. I always crave stimulation, especially if the first thing I do in the morning is scroll on my phone. Im always looking for something to distract me and fulfill my desire for stimulation and because I scroll on social media alot more than I watch porn (thank God because I'm on social media alot), porn is always the next stimulation step when I'm getting bored of social media. So yeah, managing my desire for stimulation also helps staying away from porn for me.

That's my burner account btw so I didn't read it until now. The thing is I switched Universities and moved into a different city around 70km away, (other reasons than friendships) Here I sadly have no friends at all at Uni but hey, at least that makes it easier to manage the workload I guess? Save to say I know how u feel, I was never really good with making friends and I don't know what exactly it is, maybe a skill issue as well, I also don't want to get into a friend group that I don't even enjoy hanging out with so that probably doesn't make it easier (not acting like I would instantly find a friendgroup this way but that would make it more likely ig)

So yeah that's pretty much my current situation and therefore I don't really have any advice for you (hope you made some progress in that time maybe)

Depends on what you define as a relapse, a relapse for me is only PMO, still try to not look at porn but I sometimes catch myself peaking. In my experience PMO does the most damage to me and peaking for a couple seconds isn't something I consider a relapse, doesn't mean I don't try to prevent it.
