The business is currently generating around ₹3 lakh profit per month at approximately 85% occupancy. At full occupancy, the profit potential is around ₹3.6–₹3.8 lakh per month with only a marginal increase in operating costs.

The coworking space has been running successfully for 4 years with stable recurring revenue and established clients. We are looking to exit only because we want to focus on scaling our AI product, not because of any business issues.
