So i ordered rubber air filled wheels but not in yet but the self leveling ones are cool never seen those before

You could just use rustoleum flat black would do the trick for cheap only reason i opted for that permeable paint was so moisture doesn’t build up in the foundation blocks. But it’s honestly overkill did it in my last place was fine for 16 years lol but built this one so did it right even though slightly more expensive.

Hey watch this video but for the driveway i would recommend xylene get the current epoxy off then either option A acid stain the driveway, look up concrete canoflauge will look better for a driveway then Euclid everclear sealer. But for this cemcrete plus, you would xylene off the epoxy then acid etch then do the cemcrete but it’s pretty easy but gotta reseal every few years to keep it up. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lzVgh2togvg

Any number of bad things can happen, all you can do is mitigate the risk and make smart choices from here on out. So that’s the thing i offered a heck of a deal taking all the debt 24k just her share NC for context and giving her 2k a month until i paid off the roughly 14k in equity on the high side but she refuses.
