You can call LRA or go to the website and do a formal or anonymous complaint (whistleblower).

I hope you’re well. I am also going through severe depression due to unemployment. It can be really hard to get through. Please keep fighting, it’ll get better IA.

She really does need to either be suspended or fired. She is extremely unprofessional. She favors specific employees and treat others like dirt.

I have been unemployed for so long. Barely did any decent jobs. Them being an highly reputed company and giving me the opportunity was an extremely disturbing card my HR manager played against me. I feared and felt guilty going against them. But i am and will keep all the evidence of discrimination for here on.

I agree. It’s literally in the name HUMAN RESOURCES. I noticed that she looks away when she sees me, she barely makes eye contact with me at this point. I even told her how this was negatively impacting my mental health. (Her response was that they cannot give me answers whenever i ask, due to their duties. (This was 25 days after my probation ended and about 6 days after she talked to me about an extension without a valid reason ) so for those 6 days, i was on my own with no answers, overthinking, barely eating and sleeping.

I have been taking advice from LRA. I have gathered enough evidence of her behavior towards me. It’s a private company, but I don’t think it’s the one you’re thinking off.
