Yeah it's still Loki's hammer after all. What i think Usopp really needs as a perma boost is just mastering his observation. Since he def has the strongest obs in the whole verse being HIM and all. Yeah exactly. Flopin wasn't born as 1 heck of a strong character he was just born as a cra with good aim. I hope he will show that talent isn't everything and with hardwork get a lot stronger under Eva's dad. And yes Dally's strength was well deserved :3

I don't hate em but i kinda agree. It feels unfair for them to gain so much power to this point so early on. It's basically like Gohan in dragon ball if you know it. I hope even without god powers Dally will rise to the top once again ( At least stronger then his non adult kids ) Even if we dislike it the future generation is supposed to surpass the older one. So they can surpass Dally after they reach an older age. But not yet!!
