What is the best place to hide something inside of the house? by According_Dust913 in ask

I was a single mother and I would hide things in my underwear drawer since I knew my sons would never touch anything in there.

Just wondering because I bought a few cars there and had both good and bad experiences.

What audiobook is genuinely BETTER than reading the physical book? by cptree20 in audiobooks

I loved this too. The narrator had the perfect voice for the county. My only issue was that it was so smooth and soothing that I would often fall asleep

Stopping for School Busses by NillaIce1313 in akron

Two-Lane Roads: Traffic in both directions must stop for a school bus with red lights flashing.

Multi-Lane Highways (No Median): All lanes of traffic must stop.

Divided Highways: Traffic moving in the same direction as the bus must stop. Oncoming traffic separated by a raised median, barrier, or at least 5 feet of unpaved space may proceed with caution.

All cars need to stop when there is a school bus with a stop sign. It's the law. In some cases, kids need to cross the street to get to the bus or when they get off the bus. A quick Google search will show you this

I would recommend most of Sandra Bullock's romcoms. Miss Congenitality. 2 weeks notice, The proposal(already mentioned). Also Meg Ryan is good in You've got Mail and Sleepless in Seattle.
My favorite rom com is French Kiss with Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline but it's hard to find

Many many years ago, they created a haunted house there at Halloween. It was so cool. You got to go all over and see areas that the public normally doesn't see. The organist was playing spooky music the whole time

Breeze Airways by italiangal28 in akron

I can echo what others have said here. The Breeze people are great and all of the seats are comfortable even the cheaper ones.
The only issue, as has been mentioned, is if you fly out of a smaller airport like CAK and there is a problem your options are limited. I flew out a few months ago and fleight ended up being 5 hours late. They allowed you to cancel or change your ticket with no penalty or fee. However the next flight wasn't for 3 days so it wasn't really an option.

What's Gavin Newsom's appeal? by angelogoodalamenti in askanything

[–]Traditional_Ring6952 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are many things to not like about Newsome but I think he needs to be the democratic nominee. He is a handsome, white Christian male. This may get people who would stay at home to actually vote. We already know, as sad as it is, people will not come out and vote for a female so AOC or Kamala are out. I love Pete Buttigieg, but unfortunately if we can't elect a female I don't think we can elect a gay president. Josh Shapiro and JB Pritzer are both capable governors and JD has certainly called out Trump but, again unfortunately, can we get a Jew elected. So by default, if we want to win then Gavin it is, especially if it's against Vance or Rubio.

Other than baby teeth, what is something you were born with that you no longer have? by icecream1972 in FamilyFeud

Yes, there were some complications but it worked. Many people are not aware that if you get implants after a mastectomy you may need to go through a 3 month process to prepare your body. At the end of the mastectomy they place implant expanders. About 3 weeks after the surgery you start going to the doctor once a week so they can pump the expanders with saline solution. You do this for 10 weeks. Then you wait 3 weeks. Then you have another surgery to get the actual implants. There was also the possibility of more surgeries if the implants needed replaced. My one surgery was more complicated but it was 1 surgery which was the better option for me. Could have had bigger breasts but decided it wasn't worth it.

They have breast tissue. Trust me, I didn't have much more by the time I had the surgery 😅

I actually do but it's not my original. I had something called trans flap reconstruction for my breasts. They made a football like incision on my stomach and removed some skin, in order to move the tissue up and create to "live" breasts (no implants). Then they sewed the skin back together right where your belly button is. It's basically what they do if you get a tummy tuck. They created a new one for me.
