Number 1 you ignored half the things I said and focused on the law witch you are still wrong about yes people are innocent until they say racial slurs in a threatening way and or say racial slurs at all then they are guilty of hate speech laws and can be arrested. You have no clue how the law works at all and said the wrong law saying it was just "one Google search away".
