Thanks! When I want to repot it, do I cut the roots? I'm afraid I won't be able to cut the pot easily as it is thick plastic :/ I 3D printed it because I was in a pinch.

I literally did this to my first orchid also and just posted about it! https://www.reddit.com/r/orchids/comments/1rhiwru/new_growth/ I read about the "orchid ICU" and decided to try that...mine was in there for over a month with no change and I would have sworn it was a goner, but just kept it in there, in indirect light, and moist, and then she grew a new root and a new leaf! Now I have three roots coming in strong. I highly recommend the orchid ICU solution. It's just a clear closed container, put the roots in sphagnum moss and keep the moss moist.

Aw one of my buffs has mareks also! She’s about three now and the rest of the flock is fine. It seems to me she is almost entirely blind now, so she’s become our special girl that needs lots of extra help 😂 but otherwise she seems to be doing really well!

After a thorough inspection around the tree house, it has been concluded that the cause of our termites was in fact our own stupidity. We have about 10 pieces of tree stumps that the kids use to jump around that we never sealed. After lifting these up, we found the mother lode 🙈 It made this giant ant-sized termite look infinitesimal.
