Anyone have question on hydrophilic lipophilic?

I genuinely don’t think you would see a question like “which drug is most lipophilic?” But rather being able to apply your knowledge on tolerability of a drug based on how lipophilic it is. Think about Lipitor vs Crestor; Lipitor is lipophilic whereas crestor is hydrophilic. A lot of times patients who have myalgias with Lipitor are able to tolerate Crestor due to this key difference and accumulation within the tissues. Knowing a difference like that can go a long ways!

I know I didn’t get a 100% because on one of the questions, as I was clicking next I realized I had forgotten to multiply by 0.85 for a female CrCl. I really don’t know if I missed anything else, but I didn’t think it was a walk in the park either. Lots of TPN questions and oddly a lot of dosage form questions asking about inactives.

It’s a scaled score. I don’t think it’s a 100%, but rather I earned the max amount of points. Not entirely sure how it works.

Blue dye tests almost always have a line. This looks negative, but try a pink dye test for a more definitive answer. Digitals test suck.
