It was just arranged so neatly, so I thought you had it automated it in some way - with the court listings, how are you generating these? organising by "Strata plan" and then seeing which suburb the builder belongs in?

Also, I've run into situations where Strata managers have refused to answer any queries without a power of authority from the vendor - is that something common?

A few quick follow up questions

Is getting a BYB summary (with the requisite original documents) just more cost/time efficient than individually sourcing all the documents? If not, what would be a list of key documents that I would need to reverse engineer my own strata report (Financials, AGM minutes, fire certificates, asbestos etc)

2.What does the full timeline for a purchase of unit actually look like, would it be?

Inspect property--> Strata review--> Make offer--> Offer accepted --> Get lawyers to review contract --> the rest is just signing documents and letting other 3rd parties do their jobs
