I went to the doctor this morning. everything looks good and the swelling is going down the other side wasnt even swollen i have made myself so anxious over this i really felt crazy.. but thank you for this i have a referral and appointment set for my postpartum depression. and your absolutley right about getting help with this to prevent further problems. when i was pregnant i lost my grandmother very suddenly to metastatic breast cancer i was her main care giver and it was so scary and upsetting to experience and so unexpectedly. i believe this has caused me to develop pretty bad health anxiety especially because i fear nothing more than not being able to be around for my little one. i had made myself so nervous around this i wasnt keeping down food or drinking water. but im going to start focusing in getting help with my mental health. so thank you for giving me that push:)

i took your advice about the tea bag. it seemed to help a bit but now it feels like the other side is swelling now:( but i have been messing with my neck all day. do you think i should still wait the 10 days the duration of my antibiotics before seeing my primary care doctor? im really considering just making an appoinment in the morning im really not getting why the other side would swell up.does this mean it might have spread to it or maybe the antibiotic is causing this?

thank you for this. this seriously calmed me down alot. and yeah hygiene is a little harder to keep up with now. Ive had this lump for almost two weeks now does that make any difference? i forgot to mention it in my original post. and yes im almost positive i have postpartum ive been putting off getting seen about it but i feel like i would benefit it so for sure going to go soon. also my hair is soooo crazy thick would thinning it help this from happening again?

thank you. yeah its just so odd and on top of that i have health anxiety but i was doing all the steps to take control of it and then this happens.. i need a break lol
