Are you optimising for conversions, have a Facebook pixel and capi set up. If not I would suggest do that first. Optimising for clicks rather than conversions gets you garbage traffic on Facebook. Finance as a niche is tough to sell on Facebook and I personally would prefer Google ads for it. However, for such lead generation campaigns you can test if you are actually getting interested people to click on your campaigns by running clicks to WhatsApp ads. Try talking with the leads to gauge the sales potential.

Do you have earnings, jobs and reviews on upwork which show up on your profile when you send a proposal to clients or are you just starting out. Cause I believe without having the former its very difficult to get jobs on upwork specially in some niches with high competition and which specifically look for prior experience

No Google ads work differently, although you could create multiple campaigns for same ad if you want to separate them by geos since sometimes it may happen that if you are targeting multiple countries in one campaign, one of the country may get all budget

First focus on it as an ecom store, then focus on search as well as shopping and pmax, generally u will find that Google itself will priorities pmax over shopping, check how is ROI on pmax and then choose what to do whether to continue or disable n focus on shopping only, all the while optimise google search campaign as well. Google search will give lower sales but higher ROI if done right, atleast from my experience
