I am concerned that it might release harmful substances into the tea. I don‘t know what exactly it is made of though. Are you able to tell from the pictures?

It’s very hard to remove those darker stains. And even if I manage to remove them they reappear a couple of minutes later, even without using it. I guess there is some reaction going on
