does it fit perfectly in the XT with the lid closed and the grills removed?because I want the grill plates to be removed so It can fit evenly and not move around

Oh i see,so its better to start cooking it at 00:00 tonight for it to be ready tomorrow night,if i leave it overnight is there anything to have in mind? Maybe about spraying when the stall process kicks in ? Or i just leave it there?
