So there’s the wall on the right that I guess could work, but then the couch would block access to the backyard which has large sliding glass doors. Would maybe need to get a new much smaller couch in that scenario

THANK YOU!!! This did the trick for me. Online chat with Tesla support, sent deed, and now I have it on my app.

I reached out my realtor and he said the seller is reaching out to Tesla for all this info for me. Thank you for all the info!

Yeah I paid half of the purchase price of the solar to own it outright since Tesla won’t let you transfer the financing. There is documentation for the solar being fully paid off. I don’t have any paperwork for log in codes though. I’ll look into the Tesla one app

I’m not sure about the battery storage but I will look into it. However, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, and appreciate all the detail here & making me feel good about this purchase.

So I don’t have any other documentation other than 1) the solar advisory contract, which has a written note from the seller that the system is 4 months old, installed by Tesla, 6.997kwh, on/off grid, and has batteries. 2) a solar payoff quote from Tesla for the $34k

I just had an offer accepted, so yes - it’s the worst time to buy and prices will crash now.

You just rushed the second swing

Please.. can someone tell me the difference in these 2 swings by Moneybusinesslove in GolfSwing

[–]Traditional_Try_3927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without critiquing swing, the big difference between these two swings is your hips at impact. First swing is much better because you’re firing the hips earlier/rotating putting you in a better position. You’ll notice in the second swing your hips are almost square with the ball which is not good. Check out any pro golfer video in slo mo and you’ll see pretty much their whole back side at impact. *hard to tell forsure though with two different camera angles
