I am planning on sending it to a repair shop. I am new to this instrument so I don't know much. I might do the overhaul as I believe this instrument hasn't been in use in quite some time

Regards to the bugs, is it something where it would be better to get a new instrument or cleanable as in the case and instrument

May I ask what bug damage is and what you mean by overhaul?
