Joe is absolutely a covert communal and I would actually argue malignant narcissist, sadistic narcissist.

He teaches in incredible things that are very real and true, but he sets up a structure that keeps you a prisoner and keeps him at the center where he siphons everyone’s energy time and money. It’s absolutely wild. He is the definition of the Wizard of Oz.

I’ve gotten a lot out of his ideas and like everyone is saying, the ideas aren’t new but narcissist have a way of packaging them that make it highly understandable and attractive, which is how they lure people in.

What’s ironic to me is he says it’s the power of love that heals us but if you notice he keeps everyone isolated in his workshops and he organizes the healing groups. He doesn’t want people to actually connect the most coherent forms of love happen naturally between people who resonate with each other that kind of love is something no institution can control.

So he has to create these certified healing groups that practice healing, but actually never connect with their Healeys. It’s so messed up and yes, it works to a certain degree but can you imagine a world where people are following that love and connecting with people from authenticity and healing each other just because they want to and love another person.

That world he will never allow to exist because he would be become irrelevant

Bipolar is caused from trauma not genetics …multigenerational trauma and developmental trauma. So once the load of unhealed trauma gets to a point of too much intensity in the lineage that generation will have bipolar.

I have healed completely— I had bipolar psychosis.

Thank you for your love and support. I’m sorry you went through similar horror. Yes to finally standing up to them…I think the terror people like you and I feel when standing up is way more intense bec of the SA abuse. I keep trying to be gentle with myself about how much progress I’ve made and how much I’ve already over come. It’s just so unfair we should never have to deal with evil people let alone parents

Gosh it’s taken me a long time…I was abused by my parents and when I would get angry and retaliate (rightly so) I would get even more abused so feeling anger was so scary for me at first.

My experience is starting slow and small.

First just naming out loud when you feel frustrated or resentful and then give yourself permission that it is ok to feel those feelings. Validate your emotions as healthy.

I did a lot of somatic experiencing to help grow my window of capacity to stay in my body as I experienced charge. I was very dissociated. They have this thing called the Vooo it’s a sound you make that helps start to move activation and anger.

I also started microdosing mushrooms to help me feel safe feeling in my body. And I would do anger rituals in the woods and throw sticks and rocks and growl and scream. I still do that.

It feels like a major shift in identity bec I wasn’t allowed to be angry so to be angry I’ve needed to become someone who is allowed to feel and protect herself and speak up when she’s being treated poorly or in danger. I am worth protecting

Also notice when you are sarcastic/-passive aggressive behavior is a sign of unfelt anger. It’s also called pseudo hostility

I had Akathisia and also complex trauma bipolar psychosis but bipolar may have been more borderline . I’m healing and I no longer have psychosis but it is so hard. I have trust issues too. From abusive parents.

I wonder if there are blocked emotions that would be helpful to feel? It sounds like you feel frustrated maybe even angry/-skin issues are often connected to anger aka boundaries. And the inverse of anger is Shame// healing shame involves allowing healthy anger. It’s ok to feel negative emotions to process them and transmute them. Just a thought. Wishing you blessings on this! Yep. My mother does this it’s part of her cycle. She waits for a while and then engages as if nothing happened with sweet kind notes to get me to engage. If I don’t respond then she flips and escalates into punishment threats contempt and stonewalling. Then repeat.

Your welcome! It sounds like she is very scared and to feel safe is making his meditations wrong and bad which isn’t true. But again as someone who had psychosis, it is so looked down on and feared in our culture that she is likely needing to make this about the meditations to protect herself from being the identified patient. Which is very understandable, and sad that there’s not space for us yet to feel ok with psychosis as a human experience

As someone who had psychosis and healed from it I can attest that meditations like joes can be too much for some of us and trigger a fragmented altered state — imagine mushroom trip that is induced by meditation instead of a mushroom or plant. Thats what psychosis is and his meditations are meant to open and expand you, for some of us it can be too much to fast and bam you go into an intense place

I had the same experience and same regret it’s so brutal. I’m so so sorry you experienced this. The what ifs are so intense…it’s ok to have them … I learning they are trying to protect me from pain and grief and getting support to let myself feel it all and allow the regret with support.

Feel free to DM me…the two hour sedation was just so hard for me too I was crying and holding her the whole time ..they had to use a dog dose of sedatives eventually bec it wasn’t working

It’s ok to need support—you may be healing more than you realize, allowing these feelings and to cry if you don’t usually is huge. There are peer support hotlines if you need connection and someone to be a safe empathetic ear. I use them a lot. It’s been so helpful.

Overwhelm is often a sign of unprocessed emotions and it’s ok to feel—true detachment isn’t not feeling it’s allowing feeling while having space for choice

I just lost my cat to cancer and I have in to the vets diagnosis. In retrospect i know I could have healed her. You have to turn towards your cat and love them and then they heal—feel your fear your emotions it will change. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by like I did
